What MeetVoice can do
Subtitles and voiceover
Subtitles appear as you speak. Voiceover in a male or female voice, with the original audio turned down
Multilingual meetings, up to 4 languages
More than a single pair — meetings with participants speaking 3–4 different languages at once. Everyone hears the translation in their own language. Speaker names and color tags in subtitles and transcript
Meeting transcript
Real-time transcript panel with speaker names and timestamps. Export to PDF (with colors), SRT or TXT
AI meeting summary
One-click meeting summary — instantly in both languages of the conversation. Key topics, decisions, and action items, each participant reads in their own language
Your data stays under control
Transparent audio path
Audio is processed in transit only — through the MeetVoice speech-recognition server on the trial and paid plans, or straight to Deepgram with your own key. Never stored either way
Keys on your device
Translation needs no API key at all. Your optional Deepgram key (advanced) stays on your device and goes straight to Deepgram — never to our servers
Local server
The MeetVoice server runs on your computer. You control when it starts, stops, and which API keys it uses

Frequently asked questions
Can I try MeetVoice before buying?
Yes! Download the desktop app and choose 'Try MeetVoice' on first launch. You get 30 minutes of real-time translation — speech recognition is included, no API key required. All features are available except AI meeting summary. Optionally add your own Deepgram key for privacy.
What if the meeting has more than two languages at once?
MeetVoice supports multilingual meetings — turn on the mode in the extension panel and pick 3–4 participant languages. Each speech segment is detected automatically and translated into your language; your own voice is delivered back in the participants' languages. Speaker names and color tags in the subtitles make it easy to follow who's speaking what.
What do I need to get started?
Download the app and choose 'Try MeetVoice' — speech recognition is included, no API key required to start. Plans start at €9/month (Starter). You can optionally add your own Deepgram key for privacy.
How much does it cost to use?
The trial is 30 minutes with no payment or card required. Paid plans start at €9/month (Starter, 5 h of translation), €29/month (Pro, 20 h), or €79/month (Business, 80 h). Voiceover is included in every plan. Translation hours reset every calendar month; if you use them up, translation pauses until the next month — upgrade your plan, or add your own Deepgram key to run speech recognition yourself, and the monthly hour limit no longer applies.
How does it work?
The app on your computer recognizes speech, translates it, and speaks the translation — all automatically. All you need is a stable internet connection.
Can my conversation partner see the subtitles?
No, subtitles are only visible to you. However, your conversation partner hears the voice translation of your speech.
What languages are supported?
English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, and Bulgarian — in any combination. You speak your language, your partner hears the translation in their language. Works both ways simultaneously.
How does the meeting transcript work?
MeetVoice records everything said during the call in a real-time panel with speaker names and timestamps. After the meeting you can export the transcript as a styled PDF, SRT (for subtitle editors) or plain TXT. Up to 50 meetings are saved in history.
